Join us in Brasilito at Kala Studio for a steam bath made with locally-growing plants. Steam baths, or plant saunas, are detoxifying, calming, and energetically healing. The plants will work with you in your dreams and in your process to move you towards sweetness and grounding in your emotional and spiritual worlds.
This is a time for us to share and build as a community. We will have Hape available to all those who wish to receive.
Bring a chair (if you can), a water bottle, and towel. Oh, and a friend :)
