


8-Week Intensive Diet & Lifestyle Ayurvedic Course *SALE UNTIL JUNE 15*
Starting this July 14th, Samantha will be guiding a 6-part class on diet and lifestyle according to Ayurvedic principles. Summer is a great time for exercising Pitta and starting new things with courage- the ideal time to delve into an ancient science and study yourself and your health. We will meet for 6 Mondays (3 classes in a row, 2 week break for 1:1’s, last 3 in a row). This course will take a deep-dive into the doshas, food combining, correct lifestyle and diet for each constitution, the unique qualities of foods and herbs, and how you can use this medicine to align your body, mind and spirit. This course is meant to give you time-tested knowledge so you will know how to take care of your own health and prevent further health complications in your everyday life. Knowing ourselves, our bodies, and having the tools to heal ourselves is one of the most empowering and rewarding journeys we can undertake. This is a course to take out the guess work of what you need to be “healthy”. Ayurveda shows us the way towards true health and healing. No diet fads, pills, or extreme fasting involved; just you, tapping into the ancient wisdom of your body, your ancestors, and your spiritual path.
By the time this course ends, you will feel confident to:
Know which foods are right for your body based on your constitution, the season, and other factors influencing you at the moment
Hydrate yourself correctly
Strengthen digestion
Use your spice cabinet in a way that will balance you and your family through each season
Properly food combine
Be able to understand your constitution on a deeper emotional and spiritual level to be able to accept and know yourself
Understand your children/family and their unique constitutions
Get crafty in the kitchen- no lengthy recipes or severe diet changes. Just small tweaks that make the digestibility and taste so much richer.

Week 1: Intro to Ayurveda: gunas, doshas, agni, sleep, lifestyle.
Week 2: Dosha 1: Vata
Week 3: Dosha 2: Pitta
Weeks 4-5: Integrate/1:1 Consults (60 minutes)/Homework
Week 6: Dosha 3: Kapha
Week 7: Agni
Week 8: Case Study, Questions, Closing Words
